the main description of edible oil refinery plant

Main parts of our edible oil refinery plant
1. Degumming and deacidification: The gum and acid in the oil will moved in this step. There are different ways to process it. The physical way is suitable for low acid oil and big capacity, while the chemical way is suitable for the small capacity and high acid oil.
2. Decolorization: The white clay is used to move the color of the oil. For different market, people like different color oil, so you can control the color by the quantity of the white clay.
3. Deodorization: The oil will have the special smell of the oilseeds. It also contains the smell of white clay, so we need more the smell which people don't like. The high temperature steam is used to move the smell of the oil.
4. Winterization: There are much wax in the rice bran oil, so the winterization part is needed to move the wax in the rice bran. After moving the wax, the oil can keep clear in low temperature
